Aren't old-fashioned Christmases great?

For our family, an old-fashioned Christmas meant celebrating our Swedish heritage on Christmas Eve by singing and dancing around the tree and then eating Swedish meatballs and a lot of Mom's Swedish Pepparkakor cookies. It also meant experiencing the spirit of giving by visiting the elderly and by bringing songs of Christmas into their homes.
